Privacy Policy

Information about our organization and website.

Northwest Mailing Service, Inc. (“Northwest”, “we”, “us”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you about the type of information we collect on nwmail.com (the “Site”) and how we use that information.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect from the Site, and does not apply to any other website or business activity of Northwest. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by us.

You should review this privacy policy carefully. By using the Site, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected

We collect certain information automatically each time you visit the Site. This may include, without limitation, your IP address, type of computer, web browser, operating system, domain name and the date and time.

You may also share certain information with us which may include personally identifiable information. “Personally identifiable information” includes information that tells us who you are, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, etc.

We may also use “cookies” and “web beacons”. A “cookie” is data that is sent to your browser or other device that uniquely identifies your browser. Among other things, cookies provide a means for web sites that you visit to keep track of your online patterns and preferences. “Web beacons,” also known as clear GIFs or single-pixel GIFs, are small image files that we may place on web pages and within web-based email newsletters that we send. Working in conjunction with cookies, web beacons allow us to accurately count the number of unique users who have visited a specific page and the number of times those pages are displayed. We can also use web beacons to let us know how many people opened a web-based email newsletter. We may use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We also utilize a tool from Google called Google Analytics which provides summarized statistics on the use of our website. Google Analytics uses its own cookie to anonymously track visitor interactions. Cookies are small files.

We may also have certain advertising code which tracks ad views, click-through rates, and a wide range of other statistics that in some situations may associate personally identifiable information with the statistics to reveal website activities.

If you provide any information to us, you agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information. You further agree that you have the full right and authority to use such information and to provide it to us.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information online from children under the age of 13.
